Order Processing Times
All orders are processed within 2–4 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).
Orders placed after 5 PM will be processed the following business day.
If we experience a high volume of orders or temporary delays, we’ll update you by email right away with revised timelines.
Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates
We offer both domestic and international shipping. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on weight, location, and carrier rates.

Delivery delays may occasionally occur, especially during peak seasons.
Free Shipping
We offer free standard shipping on all domestic orders over $75 (after discounts and before taxes).
Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number.
The tracking number will become active within 24 hours.
Customs, Duties, and Taxes
International orders may be subject to customs fees, import duties, or taxes imposed by the destination country.
These charges are not included in your order total and are the customer’s responsibility.
We currently ship Delivery Duty Unpaid (DDU) — meaning you’ll need to pay any applicable fees upon arrival.
Missing, Lost or Damaged Packages
We are not responsible for packages lost or stolen after delivery confirmation.
If your order hasn’t arrived and tracking says “Delivered,” please check with your local carrier or neighbors first.

Wrong Address Disclaimer
It’s the customer’s responsibility to ensure the shipping address is correct at checkout.

Out-of-Stock Items
If an item in your order is out of stock:
- We’ll ship available items immediately and send remaining items once restocked, or
- Contact you with an update and the option to modify or cancel your order.
